AI-use disclaimer
Version 2026-10-16-draft
Some AtlasPM features use an AI model (Anthropic's Claude) to draft text, summarize conversations, read incoming emails and suggest next steps. Everything the AI produces is a draft for a person to review. It is not legal advice.
AI output is a draft
AI text can be wrong or incomplete. Read it, check it against your records, and change it before you rely on it or send it to anyone.
Where the AI reads an incoming email, AtlasPM may save its summary and create a work order marked Draft. A person decides whether that work goes ahead.
Not legal advice
AI output in AtlasPM is not legal advice and does not replace a lawyer. Questions about notices, housing court, rent regulation or agency filings belong with your attorney. [COUNSEL] Unauthorized-practice and advice disclaimer wording.
What the AI never does
- It never changes a tenant balance, a ledger entry or any other money figure.
- It never files anything with HPD, DOB, DHCR, a court or any other agency.
- It never sends an email or message on its own. A person sends every message.
What is sent to the AI provider
When someone uses an AI feature, the text of the related records is sent to Anthropic to produce the answer. [COUNSEL] Data retention by the AI provider and the agreement in place.
Responsibility
[COUNSEL] Allocation of responsibility for decisions made with AI assistance.
